The Friends of Broomfield Park is a group of local volunteers who work with the council to improve the park’s appearance, facilities, conservation value and safety for all to enjoy.

Please note the following dates for your 2012 diaries:


    Wednesday 9th May

     Open meeting and AGM


    Sunday 24th June

     Palmers Green Community Festival


    Wednesday 3rd October

     Open meeting


Park events will also be posted on park notice boards.


The Friends group hold regular open meetings and support park events. Working with the council we’ve helped prepare the park leaflet.


We’ve a new connected page listing other local community groups that the Friends works with.


The Friends are always interested to know what you think of the park so please try our online questionnaire.

We currently have 2 ways of supporting the Friends’ voluntary work to improve and promote the Park.


By Membership; 2 options


            £5 for 3 years (from now up to April 2015)

            £20 for life


Ideally membership covers an individual but we accept it as a family membership.


By donation.......Any amount is helpful and will be put to good use immediately.
